    An exciting role for a IT Administrator has arisen to support our growing organisation. The role of the IT Administrator / Developer will be to take responsibility for the smooth running of KPC’s computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. There is a further requirement to supervise, implement and maintain KPC’s software and hardware infrastructure.

    This role will also work directly with the CEO to manage the IT elements of innovations to KPC processes around Certification, Qualification and Validation, including the introduction of Apps and databases.

    The successful candidate my be involved in Computer Systems Validation projects over time.

    • Manage information technology and computer systems
    • Plan, organise, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
    • Assist in the design, development, implementation and coordination of systems, policies and procedures
    • Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
    • Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
    • Identify problematic areas and propose strategic solutions in time
    • Preserve assets, information security and control structures
    • Assist the Head of Commercial Operations in managing annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
    • Develop, or work with developers, on improvements and innovations to KPC processes
    • Evaluate best methods to automate and record process improvements
    • Involvement in computer system validation projects for KPC clients
    • Responsibility for one’s own safety, contributing towards safety audits and to ensure the continuous safety of everyone in your working environment

    • Excellent communication and people skills

    • BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar field
    • Proven working experience as an IT administrator or relevant experience
    • Strong knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
    • Experience in data centre management and data governance
    • Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
